CHECK YOUR EMAILThough we send electronic reminders, you are responsible for keeping and paying for every appointment that you reserve. We are generally unable to accommodate late clients. If you are more than five (5) minutes late, your card will be charged and you will not receive an appointment. If you scheduled online and did not receive a confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder, call us immediately: (618) 392-4400. PARKINGOur office is located behind (not inside) Stevens/Fristchle Chiropractic. Enter our parking area from Main Street or Saratoga Street and pull all the way around. INSURANCE We can provide documentation of your service at the time of your service, but we do not bill insurance companies and full payment is due at the time of service. Contact your agent for reimbursement options. If you do not bring your gift card and present it when you arrive, you must pay with cash or the credit card you used to hold your appointment. |

"NO SHOW" POLICY
Our time together is valuable. Clients who 1) arrive too late to receive a service, 2) do not show up, or 3) do not provide 24 hours notice when canceling or modifying an appointment will be charged an amount equal to 100% of the session fee at the time of the missed appointment. If you reserved your session with a gift card, we will deduct the amount of your missed appointment FIRST before charging any remaining amount to your credit or debit card. Past due balances must be paid in full before creating future appointments. Exceptions for medical, police, fire, and weather emergencies are at the discretion of your provider. If an emergency arises, call our office (day or night) as soon as it is safe to do so and leave a detailed voicemail: (618) 392-4400.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FROM NEW CLIENTS
"I have a $50 gift voucher. May I schedule a $100 service?"
Yes! Schedule the longer service and bring your voucher. We will accept the remaining balance in cash OR your card will be charged the remaining amount at your appointment.
DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY INTAKE FORM? No. Massage clients receive a digital copy of our intake form attached to the confirmation email. Your massage will begin more quickly if you bring a completed intake form. However, it is not necessary to do so. We have a clipboard with paper intake forms in our lobby on the front desk.
FIRST TIME ON THE TABLE? It's okay to sleep, pass gas, talk, or stay quiet. Most clients find massage and skin therapy to be very relaxing, but it is not easy relax if you are uncomfortable (we have extra blankets, cups for water, mints, tissues, different music, different cream/oil, etc).
REFUSAL The clinic reserves the right to refuse service (including ending a session) for: a client's refusal to adhere to clinic requests and policies regarding safety, health, attendance, and payment; client omission of or refusal/inability to discuss health history; therapist's suspicion of client's drug use, inadequate hygiene, or medical contraindications (ex: flu/cold/COVID-19, fever, burn, rash, etc); client requesting services outside clinic policies as well as the legal and ethical scope of therapeutic massage or skin care (list is not exhaustive).

Clinic owner Cynthia Given, LMT (IL lic. 227008310) has massaged Olney, Illinois area residents and visitors since 2007: newborns, children, adults, moms-to-be, and even a professional athlete! Your massage will be professional, prompt, and customized to meet your needs.
Our skin therapist, Donna Botelho (IL. lic. 131010098) joined us in 2014. Her clients enjoy professional facials and home care products and include teens, young adults, and men and women of all ages. She proudly uses and recommends award-winning brands like Dermalogica (the #1 line recommended by skin therapists worldwide), Hale and Hush, and ToGoSpa.
HOW CAN I RELAX? Speak up! Let us know immediately if you are not comfortable (pressure, technique, music, temperature, etc). We strongly recommend turning off all devices prior to entering the building. Feel free to fall asleep or talk during your session. It is up to you.
WILL I FEEL GREASY? Absolutely not. We use professional products. You will not need to take a shower before returning to work/school.
WILL I BE EXPOSED? Absolutely not. Professional therapists use the term draping to describe covering a client (except the area being massaged). Your therapist will leave the treatment room so you can disrobe in private (to your level of comfort) before you get on the table. You will re-dress in private after the therapist leaves.
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST? A session lasts approximately 20 minutes longer than our hands-on time. For example: an 80-minute massage includes 80 minutes of hands-on time plus 20 additional minutes to discuss your goals, disrobe/dress in private, arrange payment, and reschedule (example: 80 minute massage, 100 minutes total, $110).
HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST? One hour of hands-on time: $85. We also offer multi-session packages and professional chair massage at your location or our location (minimum: 2 hours, $200).
HOW MUCH - IF ANY - SHOULD I TIP? Check the tip line on your gift voucher (it may be included). You may leave a cash or credit card tip at checkout.
RESCHEDULING New clients may schedule two future sessions at the end of the first appointment.
